Is there a powersupply out there that has only a single sata power plug?

Ok so I’m going to get a sata to usb adapter for this hard drive I have but the only problem is I don’t have a power supply to give it power. So I have no way to power it, so I was wondering if there was anything out there that look like a phone charger, or just one of those power supplies that plug into a wall outlet but has a sata power supply plug on it?
